PRAYING FOR REVIVAL FOR MALAWI & AFRICA PEOPLE GROUPS
Praying for Malawi
1. Pray for National Repentance and a Return to God. Pray that Malawians from every tribe, region, and generation will turn away from sin, seek God wholeheartedly, and experience genuine repentance that leads to transformation.
• 2 Chronicles 7:14 – "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways..."
2. Pray for a Fresh Outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Ask God to pour out His Spirit upon the Church in Malawi, bringing spiritual awakening, conviction of sin, passion for prayer, holiness, and bold witness for Christ.
• Joel 2:28-29 – "And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh..."
3. Pray for Revival in the Church and Among Church Leaders. Pray that pastors, church leaders, and believers throughout Malawi will walk in integrity, faithfulness, unity, and spiritual power, becoming instruments of revival in their communities.
• Ephesians 5:14 – "Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light."
4. Pray for a Great Harvest of Souls Across Malawi. Pray that the Gospel will spread rapidly throughout Malawi, bringing salvation to the lost, restoration to families, and transformation to communities, schools, businesses, and government institutions.
Habakkuk 2:14 – "For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD..."

1. Pray for revival among the Yoruba Christians that they will understand the call to take the gospel to the unreached. Pray that they will be filled with the Holy Spirit and willing to witness for Christ among their own people.
2. Pray that God will raise up courageous people to work among all the people groups where Christianity is still a minority. Pray that God will use the minority to spark transformation.
3. Pray that those who come to faith will grow deep in faith and multiply; they will be rooted in Scripture and remain culturally relevant.
